	What time is check in and check out? Check in time starts from 15:00 and check out time is till 11:00
	Is late check out/early check in possible? Sure and it depends on availability. Surcharge might be applied
	Is reception open for 24 hours? Yes, reception service is available 24 hours
	Do you have parking? Option 1: We can offer you CCTV monitored parking service we have long term cooperation with to park your car in a safe underground garage. It is not directly in the hotel. RESERVATION NEEDED. There is a charge of CZK 700 per day (about EUR 28). Parking is available for personal cars only with maximum height 2 meters. You might be asked for keys of your car in busy periods for security reasons. Also you have option to park on the street for fee, but the parking space in not guaranteed since we are in very centre of capital Prague. GARAGE OPEN 7:00-24:00.
	Option 2: MR.PARKIT Choose from a wide range of garages and car parks with flexible price based on location. They'll send you a map and the necessary access information as soon as your reservation is complete.
	Are pets allowed to stay at the hotel? Yes, pets are most welcome. There is a daily charge of € 10/night
	Breakfast time. Breakfast is served daily from 7:30 – 10:30 o’clock
	Can you accommodate special diet for breakfast? Of course, we will prepare your special diet on request (gluten free bread, muesli, soya milk...)
	Is the Beerspa free of charge? Do we need to make a reservation? We are honoured to have in Suite Home Prague the 1st Czech Original Spa Beerland. You can try 2 rooms - the Beer Spa and Spa Beerland® with hop sauna.
	Try a original relaxation spa procedure based on the exclusive use of natural ingredients, materials and classic Czech medical treatments. When you book one of the rooms it is exclusively for you. You can find exact prices here https://www.beerspa.com/prices-en.htm. We do recommend to book your procedure 2 weeks in advance because it is very popular.
	Is the terrace available for all guests? Terrace is available exclusively when you book our Prague View Suite Apartment on the 6th floor. If the room is available we will be happy to show you amazing view to the Prague Castle.
	Do you provide baby cots, extra beds? Yes, we provide baby cots complimentary because we are baby friendly hotel. Extra beds for kids up to 5 years are also available. Kids up to 12 years pay only 15 EUR/night
	Can you organize transfers? For your convenience, we can arrange safe and comfortable services from the airport directly to our hotel. Please let us know your preference. The price for the ride from the airport transfer for 4 people to the hotel is CZK 790 (approx. EUR 35).
	Payment is done only in CASH directly to the driver. You can pay by EUR or in CZK. Please contact us with arrival details (arrival time, flight number). Airport transfer for 5-8 people The price for the ride from the airport to the hotel is CZK 1190 (approx. EUR 52). We can also organise any other transfers.
	Do you have Wi-Fi? Of course, high speed wi-fi internet is available for free
	Is there an air conditioner/heating in the room? All rooms are air conditioned/heated with own control.
	Do you have some smoking rooms? Our Hotel is fully NO smoking. It is possible to smoke on the terrace or balconies
	What credit cards do you accept? We accept Visa, Euro/Master Card, Maestro, American Express, Diners Club, Union Pay
	In which currencies can I pay at the hotel and is there foreign currency exchange as well? We accept payments either in Czech crowns or in Euros. In the vicinity of the hotel there are several banks where you can safely exchange your money
	What are your cancellation terms? Offers and special rates may have different cancellation terms, therefore we ask you to read it carefully during the booking process
	Do you have a laundry service? Yes, this service is for surcharge
	Have you found better price deal? Please let us know and we will match that price + you will get a gift from us.
	Valet Parking. The service needs to be ordered in advance, at least 30-40 minutes as the driver will need to come to the property. There are the certain conditions: all of the personal belongings except car accessories should be taken from the car. The company is not liable for items left in the car. IMPORTANT: at least 5 l of fuel has to be left. The company has the insurance and is responsible for the damages caused by drivers. The price for the parking garage including VAT is 908 czk (approximately 38 euros)/24 hours + service fee 5 euros.
